Built-in Materials for Thermoformed Packaging

Yuanle Technology manufactures PP, PET and RPET sheets with built-in antistatic or conductive properties for customers who thermoform packaging and trays.

Our antistatic functionality is incorporated into the material rather than applied as a surface coating. Select a grade for your electrical target, forming depth and temperature conditions.

Antistatic PP: three-year performance for specified conditions, with functionality maintained after stretching during forming.
Heat-resistant antistatic PET: empty formed trays tested at 82°C for 24 hours without deformation under the tested conditions.
Conductive PP: high- and low-temperature test information for 90°C and −40°C conditions.
