Yuanle Technology manufactures PP, PET and RPET sheets with built-in antistatic or conductive properties for thermoforming packaging and trays.
Our built-in process incorporates functionality into the material. We work with customers to select sheet materials against electrical targets, forming requirements and temperature exposure.

Material Selection with Verifiable Performance
Yuanle specifies three-year antistatic performance for the applicable built-in grade and conditions. Functionality is incorporated into the material, supporting performance after stretching during thermoforming.
Our heat-resistant antistatic PET was tested as empty thermoformed trays at 82°C for 24 hours in a third-party laboratory, with no deformation under the tested conditions. Conductive PP test information is available for 90°C high-temperature and −40°C low-temperature conditions.
Temperature test results depend on the tested grade, thickness, geometry, duration and load. Request the corresponding conditions and validate samples in your process.
