Yuanle Technology is a specialized manufacturer of plastic sheets. Unlike conventional coating-outside ESD products, we utilize a built-in ESD production process, which ensures significantly longer-lasting anti-static performance compared to coating-outside.
Our sheets are widely used in packaging applications across industries such as food, cosmetics, electronics, healthcare, printing, and hardware. They are particularly suitable for thermoforming applications that require durable and stable anti-static properties.
Our products are mainly exported to Asia, Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East. We pass ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and BRCGS certifications.
Many of our partners faced a common challenge: the short-term effectiveness (typically 6-12 months) of surface-coated anti-static materials, which posed a risk to their sensitive products.
To address this, we developed permanent, built-in anti-static properties. Unlike coatings, our sheets guarantee reliable static dissipation for a minimum of 3 years, ensuring product integrity throughout the entire supply chain and shelf life.
Beyond anti-static, we offer extensive customization to meet specific requirements, such as:
-Resistance to high temperature and cold
-Enhanced durability against friction
-Chemical resistance (e.g., ethanol)
